PubEasy
is our online ordering & enquiry service for account holding
customers. Set up by Macmillan Distribution (MDL) in collaboration with Vista and
Whitaker, the site aims to provide our customers with a high level of customer
service and fulfilment over the Internet. The PubEasy web site is for
booksellers, wholesalers and trade account customers throughout the world.
WhitakerWeb
is
Whitaker’s web service that allows customers to view the bibliographic
information on any title in their BBIP database and place orders for any ISBN,
which will be routed automatically to the correct publisher/distributor. Order
tracking is available for orders placed with participating publishers. Macmillan
Distribution was the first distributor to provide this service.
